Office Admin – US Company

We’re a US company opening an office in Florianopolis starting July 1st.

We’re looking for English speaking staff (2 or 3 people) to support one of our businesses in the US.

100% English – 0% Portuguese.

Position: Office and administrative work.

  • This is a full-time position
  • Must speak and write English
  • Proficient in productivity software
  • Advance user of Microsoft office / Excel
  • Hours 9AM to 5PM (Monday – Friday)
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • This is an office position, not remote or work from home (Floripa Centro)

Responsibilities include:

  • Communicate with clients
  • Reports and Forms
  • Phone and Email support
  • Customer Service

Must have a positive and happy attitude, must have patience and willingness to learn.

Starting Salary: BR$3,000 a month.

PLUS

  • 15% cost of living increase every year
  • 25% performance bonus after 6 months
  • Transportation reimbursement up to $BR 750 after 90 days.
  • Will pay for classes related to the job (graphic design, marketing etc.)
