Scope of Services
Customer Service

Handling inbound phone calls

Sending and following up on emails

Managing customer information using company-provided platforms

Scheduling service appointments

Acting as an intermediary between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication and proper alignment
Billing and Sales Support

Contacting customers to assist with payments

Updating payment information within the system

Signing invoices and performing related tasks

Supporting the sales process by clarifying services, pricing, and conditions to customers
Operations

Managing product orders

Communicating and maintaining relationships with suppliers

Supporting operational coordination between suppliers, technicians, and customers
Expected Professional Profile

Advanced proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading)

Previous experience in customer service and/or sales support

Familiarity with Google Drive tools, especially Google Sheets

Strong communication skills, organization, and problem-solving ability
