Know-how in technical support, database/infrastructure and email marketing. Participation in exchange programs and/or experience in international travel.
What will you do:
– Provide technical support and system guidance by phone, chat and/or email (always in English);
– Act as an intermediary between customers and technicians
– Create/Update user manuals (in English);
– Identify problems with the system;
– Generate system reports;
– Cooperate with different departments to develop and optimize the system.
